Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in market research and analysis to assess the state of the market and identify threats and opportunities
  • Assist in actively identifying and soliciting new business opportunities and maintenance of existing clients to establish repeat business
  • Provide support in proposal research and development and client presentations where needed
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities in Singapore and Asia Pacific region
  • Follow up with new and existing client by providing pre and post sales service
  • Discuss and understand clients design requirement are met, to propose interior ideas to prospective clients

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial nature with ability to think out of the box
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in related sales functions preferred
  • Committed, meticulous, independent with ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong motivation for personal and team achievement
  • Fluent in English

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support for full spectrum of events / projects including planning, execution and build up technical support
  • Plan, oversee and work closely with relevant stakeholder in all aspects to ensure events / project meet business requirements
  • Administer all production process, source, evaluate and negotiate with key vendors for events / exhibition and commercial projects
  • Work with internal design team to provide built up / material technical support
  • Possess good time management skills as well as the ability to put tasks in priority order

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in events / exhibition / commercial projects
  • Highly organized and meticulous
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to understand auto cad technical drawings
  • English & Chinese speaking to liaises with Chinese / China contractor

Designer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with your Superior for design requirements
  • Development of space planning, conceptualise & 3D renderings, sample & material boards for presentations

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Proficient in relevant software: 3Dsmax, AutoCAD and Photoshop (Illustrator will be bonus)
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin
  • Motivated, independent and positive attitude
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience / Fresh Grad may apply
